I just found the UK Pricing available online:

If you want the Wi-Fi only model it will cost you £349, and by adding 3G it will cost you £399.

With today’s exchange rates that’s almost £100 difference. The Wi-Fi and 3G version converts to around £305 at today’s exchange rate. This will anger many consumers who want to purchase the device, but has a big mark up compared to the US.

Not surprising that they would see that kind of markup, typical. I suspect they will see similar results in Canada....should a launch date ever be announced

I wonder what the actual cost breakdown is for the difference, is it simply import taxes Google has to pay incorporated into the price?

from what I remember the 3g plan is no contract and up to 200mb a month.

What I've read is 3G is 100MB/month for no fee.
