I can recommend:
- going for a swim. brilliant for clearing the mind, and decent exercise too.
- real ale*. brilliant for forgetting what the problem was in the first place.
*If you're in the US, then this may be hard to find. I'm not talking about that bud/coors/miller rubbish! Anything by adnams, theakstons or black sheep is a good starting point.
