If this scenario is applicable, the quickest way to resolve the issue is to re-enable the Task Scheduler via Registry Editor. Here's a quick guide on how to do this: Press Windows key + R to open up a Run dialog box. Click Ok to save the changes, then close the Registry Editor and restart your computer.
