chromebook and apple products

i'm an apple user and i started with using the apple phone's, the apple 3gs then a 4g that i currently have. Does the google chromebook support apple devices such as apple mobile phones, ipads, etc?

i was at the apple store today and the employee there mentioned the chromebook will not have apple support.

if this is true i wonder why google will leave out support for apple devices seeing that anywhere you go someone has a iphone/ipad/ipod.

Because its not intended for that usage, it have a million things plugged into it and apple's products require a stand along program to operate it off a computer while the Chrome os relies on the Web based 3rd party applications apples does not have that, nor do they intended to i think.

exactly as C.os said apple products requires iTunes, unfortunately chromebooks are about the web and not about installing apps

I can't see it happening, there is too much competition in the same space between Apple and Google these days.
