Chromebook Ninjas

Has anyone had to contact Chrombook Ninjas for help with your Chrombook? How quickly did they respond to you? Did you do it all through web support or did you ever get to talk to them on the phone?

I haven't even heard of them before now. Where did you get the information about them? Do they have a live chat option?

Chromebook Ninjas have answered a lot of questions for me, I sent in about five the first week I got my Chromebook. They usually respond in a timely manner.

This is kind of off-topic, but calling your tech people "ninjas" is obviously the best option out of any of them. Chromebook ninjas! That's way cooler than "geeks" or "geniuses."

I'm confused too. Who are Chromebook Ninjas? Do they work for Chromebook or is this some other independent tech service? Either way, I agree that the name is really catchy. They need to make a comercial.

Haha that's a sweet name for tech support. Fast.... Stealthy... They'd make a TV commercial, but you wouldn't be able to see them anyways...

Chromebook Ninjas are Google's official support team for Chromebook users.

If you go over to the Chromebooks official tech website you have the option of messaging the Chromebook Ninjas. They are the ones working the bugs out of the Chromebook, and helping users helps them do that.

Dro, we posted at the same time, haha!

I am with you, that is the best name for a tech support group ever! I didn't know about Google Chromebook's tech support being called Chromebook Ninjas. I am glad I know because I am sure I will be bugging them soon!

This is the first I have heard of Chromebook Ninjas. I am glad to hear good reports about using them. I imagine I will be needing to be saved by some ninjas too.
