I'm In

I am taking the leap of faith that in the near future most of the criticisms will be addressed. I am ready to shed the Microsoft yoke.

That's what I am really waiting for. It will be great to get some more answers before I buy one. I just want to make the most educated choice.

Anxious to learn more!

My Vista laptop (Vista) has needed replacing for a while and I'm SO glad I've held off purchasing a new one. The first time I read something about Chromebook I was sold...but need to learn more before purchasing! So far, the Samsung looks good to me!

I am planning to wait a month or two, and then buy one.

I've looked at all the tablets that are available right now...and don't really like any of them (including iPad 2). I'm super interested in purchasing a Chromebook...and it's my opinion that the Samsung is a much nicer model than the Acer. The Samsung Chromebook is a bit larger than the Acer, and appears to have full-size notebook features. Unfortunately, my comments are all based on pictures off the internet. Hopefully my local Best Buy will have models to look at on or about June 15th.

I'm anxious to see models as well. That is one things that will make or break it for me. I need to be able to mess around with one and just get a feel for it. I'm excited to see them.

I have a cr-48 and now I really want one of these but certainly do not need one. The price according to the banner above seems a little steep to me. I really would have expected $250 or less.
