There is no DVD support in Chrome OS. Netflix plugin should be up and working soon so you can stream from there if you have that service. You could also rip your DVD's on a different machine in a mp4 format and keep them on an external or internal (only 12 gig free though).

I'm thinking I may watch and learn... and wait for the next generation. They learned a lot from the people who got the free ones, and they will learn more from this set.

The nice thing is those updates come once every 2 weeks on the beta channel! Everytime I see that update arrow an angel gets its wings...

I got the ASUS flip AFTER buying a Samsung first then returning it. The Samsung had too little volume, other that that great. BUT the ASUS is wonderful, better volume(side firing speakers, instead of firing down), and a backlit keyboard. l will never get a laptop without backlit keys. Just my 2 cents worth!!
