Has anything new been going on with the lawsuit? Will the Chromebooks finally be able to be shipped out to customers, or is there still a hold on them?

As far as I know, there is a restraining order on Google and all we can do now is await the court's verdict.

A better name for this little computer would be
the "CloudBook". Perhaps someone has already taken this?

I actually think both would work, and even might help lower the confusion between Chrome web browser and Chrome OS.
