My Acer Chromebook didn't use to do this, but NOW, when I want to use a new theme, or click on an email address in gmail, I get a little window in the lower right hand corner of the screen; and I can't resize it. And worse, even though I can scroll around, I still can't click, or even see, the permission thing so I can't click on it.
