Change Chromebook to Win 10

I'm not 100% certain that you could, but even if it were possible the processor is not really good enough to handle Windows 10, the end result would be a very slow PC! You probably would be wiser going to a Linux forum and asking them if your Chromebook could install Linux Mint, The Mint Distro when installed can easily be configured to look like Windows 10, and it even operates in a similar way!
