I understand that the user can purchase books and then read them on Chromebook using the PlayBook app. Can the user also download a book from the library and use the app to read it? If so, how is this done; with my desktop I must have a program installed from library for this to work.

Reading is no problem if you download some (free apps)

1. From Play Store. Download kindle cloud app. It will read all mobi, azw, and PDF books
2. In Play store search on ePub. and a number of readers will pop up for that format. Download some and compare.

Is this an easy to use off line reader?
