I posted this question on the general discussion forum as well. Can a chromebook access the Amazon or other cloud drives data? Amazon is saying no, it can't access their cloud drive. Any info greatly appreciated
Hi, I wish I could be more helpful, but I am not a Chromebook owner yet. If Amazon says no then that is probably your answer. Still, hopefully a Chromebook owner can clarify this for you.
if those services have a web-based login, like dropbox, you should be able to access them from any browser, include chrome. i'm not sure about amazon cloud, since i don't use that myself.
That;s what I was thinking too....a browser accessing a cloud in Amazon or Google should be able to access the data. But a rep at Amazon said no to chromebook, hence the question.
