Has anyone had to contact Chrombook Ninjas for help with your Chrombook? How quickly did they respond to you? Did you do it all through web support or did you ever get to talk to them on the phone?

I'm confused too. Who are Chromebook Ninjas? Do they work for Chromebook or is this some other independent tech service? Either way, I agree that the name is really catchy. They need to make a comercial.

If you go over to the Chromebooks official tech website you have the option of messaging the Chromebook Ninjas. They are the ones working the bugs out of the Chromebook, and helping users helps them do that.

Dro, we posted at the same time, haha!

I agree!

Haha that's a sweet name for tech support. Fast.... Stealthy... They'd make a TV commercial, but you wouldn't be able to see them anyways...
I am with you, that is the best name for a tech support group ever! I didn't know about Google Chromebook's tech support being called Chromebook Ninjas. I am glad I know because I am sure I will be bugging them soon!

I had occasion to contact the Chromebook Ninjas about a month ago. I didn't have a problem, just a question about something pretty technical. The initial contact was via e-mail, which I think is the only way to contact them. My memory is a little vague now, but as I recall, my inquiry resulted in a call to me within a couple hours. The "Ninja" was very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained the subject, and then some, and was not in a hurry to get off the call. A quite satisfactory experience.
