I have two Chromebooks but when I try to switch on File Sync for My Drive it says I don't have enough local storage. This works fine on my other Chromebook. On my old Chromebook it says I have 1.1 GB of offline files as below:

But on my new book it says I have over 90 GB of free space but then says I don't have enough space!

I have tried another Chromebook and power washing but I get the same problem. What's going on?
