Contest update!!

I spent several hours this morning trying to reach someone at VerticalScope in Toronto Canada. They own and operate Chromebookforum.com. Well...after numerous unsuccessful attempts to speak with someone, I was finally able to speak with an office administrator who tracked down the forum Manager for Chromebookforum.com. I was told that VerticalScope has not yet received the three Samsung Chromebooks for the contest; however, they were unaware that this information had not been passed on to the forum.

I'm guessing that we should see something from VerticalScope or an Administrator on the forum fairly soon...explaining what I just found out.

If the contest ended 15th June, why is the contest banner still showing and inviting people to enter?

Thanks dude! i dont know why any of us didnt contact anyone or any of the mod about it as well!

Well now that everything is clear we should move on! haha as for the banner who knows im sure it'll go away eventually.

Yeah, now that we can't be angry at you for the release of chromebook being halted. Who can we be angry at. Oh I know! The patent trolls who have caused this whole mess to begin with.

Perhaps we should just wait till we get a word from the admins..the contest should be still on in my own view. Who knows, the winner could be in our midst.

I agree. None of the stores are even willing to give a date. There was one who said the new date is on the 27th, but she could have made that up because she was feeling pressured to give and answer. I think we should all be patient.
