The mention of an Easter Egg hidden somewhere in the Cr-48 has sent many users on a wild Easter Egg hunt. So far, no luck.

Then, this evening, new operating system and browser versions were sent to the Cr-48's operating on the development channel. It's always fun to find the new features, fixes and fun that might have made it to the update.

The Easter Egg hunt was mentioned earlier.

On the Cr-48, users have had choices about how stable or developmental they want their machines to be. By choosing between stable, beta or development channels, the computers range from stable to (possibly) unstable.

In the months that we've been testing there have been updates to each channel at various points along the way. Today was one of those days when we got another update. It's the second one this week and, for those of us on the development channel, this update fixed a few things that were a little wonky in the last one. This pattern has repeated itself many times in the last six months.
