Another issue I have been hearing about is that as CR-48 Chromebooks get older they are pron to experiencing a Recovery issue where you are prompted to do a recovery and as soon as you are done you get prompted to do it again. Has anyone here run in to an issue like that?

No here. I saw that on forums a couple of months back. I wonder if it was the version that was out there at the time. I may try tonight though because I want to use the Stable Channel down from Dev.
Yeah, I am either thinking it was a version, or it was a hardware problem. While there aren't many hardware issues I did hear there was some kind of flaw with the CR-48 due to some kind of interruption in the circuit. I am pretty sure that issue was solved when then Samsung and Acer Chromebooks came out. I am sure one of our more knowledgable members or mods could confirm or deny that.
