cr 48 problems battery connectors

hey guys i have one big problem with my cr..those gold conncetors that were there to joint the battery have broken and 3 of 5 are missing so the battery no longer works,and i need to have the chromebook pluged in electricy in order for it to work...does any of you know where should i take this to fix..does google use samsung hardware and parts inside this chromebook?if so manybe its good to take it to samsung servis and just pay whatever they will ask for fixing it..can i get this specific replacement part myself anywhere???i can post a photo so you can see what is missing
