crashing & rebooting

Hi,
I've had my chromebook (Samsung 3G model) a couple of weeks now and whilst I think it's a nice bit of kit, I'm not totally bowled over by it. One of the main issues I am experiencing is that from time to time, it simply bombs out and reboots without any warning or error message. Clearly this is some sort of OS fault and have not seen any posts about this. Is anyone else experiencing issues?
I have a feeling this is probably to do with with one or more extensions. I'm going to log a support call with a Chromebook Ninja as they're called on Google's site and we'll see what level of support I get from there.
Other issues I have with the chromebook are:
- touchpad: not so great, and lacks response at times - it's a shame it's not a true multitouch pad like a MacBook
- sluggish: I find it can be a bit sluggish from time to time, and certainly struggles with full page video or flash games

I'd like to hear some of your feedback on your experiences so far...

cheers
Baronne

do you get any text at the top of the screen during the reboot? I've been experiencing what I think are kernel panics resulting in the same type of freezing then restarting.

Sluggish - yes during playback of say Vemo videos ect, very very sluggish.

got rid of my chromebook as I thought it was quite possibly one of the crappiest bits of tech I've bought in a while. Got a MacBook Air to ease my soul.
