Every tech nerd loves to watch the un-wrapping and packaging of their new toy, well atleast certinaly i do. I always love how apple packaged their items as well as any other high end compnay!

But this wouldnt be a fair comprasion, between the dell (antique looking laptop) As opposed to a network dedicated laptop. (Missing a lot of OS files and needs)

But the all black finish and just certainly amazing and the keyboar looks usefully actually! Well i'll stop rambling on and let you guys watch the review.

I'm sold! Even the finish on the case is much more practical than the shiny fingerprint gathering surface. This would be a great work laptop for someone that works online. Not all the extra things that you never need. The boot up and power down are so fast.

I agree the rubber finish on the Chrome book is quite nice, it wont smudge up and get finger marks everywhere! Plus everythign seems very simple clean and nice

im 2 1/2 minutes through the video and im just amazed at the difference in boot up time.

Chrome OS boot up time - 11 seconds
Dell Laptop - 5 minutes +

Everything is cool about the CR-48 from the box to the actual unit. I'm already sold on it.

The CR-48 it's self looks very expensive and professional, i can see a lot of business people using this.

Boot time is a big deal to me, that has a lot of promise. I can't wait to see one of these videos for the Samsung Chromebook

Interesting review. I had heard reports of the performance issues of the CR-48 but hadn't really seen how dramatic they were until now.

From the initial reports on the new chromebooks, the performance issues don't seem to be present, or at least weren't apparent, so that's definitely a plus for them. That can probably be attributed to the dual core CPU in the newer machines, but either way it's good that they worked on that.

I would have liked to try the CR-48 when it came out, I heard very little complaints about its performance.

I noticed my cr-48 looks a little bent or warped or something on the key board and I have taken very good care of it, I am glad they are coming out with something sturdier
