There is a monthly fee of $28 for companies and $20 for schools. What does this mean? The individual perhaps has to choose his own data plan because this seems to be limited to schools and companies?

I am still confused what the monthly fee is for. Is that for the schools data plan or just for the school to rent the Chromebook for so many years?

the Edu Google Apps plan has 25 gig of online storage and multiple features. The Chromebook fee covers everything else; machine, support, etc.
