Help! The chrome browser is not responding

The Chrome browser is not responding on my Samsung Chrome computer. I have access to it, but I can't write in the address section, nothing is happening when I click in the favorites bar and the web section page is all white.

Any ideas?

Power it down and reboot? Press the power key until you see the shutdown logo in the lower left, then press it again.
