My wife uses a Chromebook, and since I cannot install a printer driver for our printer (Samsung C460fw), we have to use cloud print to be able to print in color. It works ok when it is first set up, but it will invariably stop working. So, if anyone knows about this problem, I would be nice to hear.

Thanks,
Tom

Google Cloud Print was deprecated in January of 2021 and is no longer supported. Devices across all operating systems will not be able to print using Google Cloud Print. We recommend that you find an alternative print solution and migrate your print services. Now there are a lot of replacing for cloud print that you can use. You can check on iinsight.biz for them. Also, I have heard that Papercut has a free service called Mobility Print that may be one of the most attractive and simple alternatives to Google Cloud Print. I hope that at least you will manage to repair your printer if you don't find anything helpful.
