I am considered trying to DIY a Chromebox since it doesn't look like these will be released to the public. What are the specs of the Chromebox and how does that compare to the Mac Mini or Apple TV (gen1 or gen2)

I think an Apple TV would make a cool platform to port Chromebook over to as a Chromebox. I think I might make that a weekend project

Apple Tv would be a nice casing to use for a DIY of the Chromebox! I doubt the Apple TV would have enough hardware capabilities to run Chrome, well. Of est is just do a Chrome Book, internals swap.
