I am new to the Samsung Chromebook so please excuse my ignorance. I have two questions:

1. Having inserted a new folder in File Shelf I cannot see/find a way of deleting it. Can anyone help please?

2. Generally I can find little by way of user guidance beyond answering the rudimentary questions. Other than hoping forums like this may help, can anyone recommend a good source of technical support please?

Right click on the folder - you should get a popup menu with Rename and Delete options.
