I have a virus that has locked me out..!

Hi
I have a virus on my Samsung Chromebook. It will not allow me to sign in on any account.
I noticed my computer screen was pulsating bigger and smaller and I could not move the cursor. So I switched off and re-started it, only to find I could not sign into my account.
Because I cannot sign into my account I cannot restore factory settings.
Is there any I can restore factory settings or access my account on the infected computer without signing in.
I have already changed.my googlemail account number from another computer.

P.S Also I just pressed 'Shift/Alt\Ctrl/R' to try 'powerwash' but nothing happens when I press 'reset'!!!!
