It is possible to set your preferred Language during the installation to swedish,
but additionally you could add the swedish language at runtime via the settings-system->language and input.

If you do add swedish you could you it as system-lanuage, but for the Keyboard you should use the one from the layout if you couldnt type blind.

I do use german as system-language and US for the keyboard, because its a US-version

I want to import the German model, since the keyboard is similar to the Swedish keyboard. I just need to replace ü with å. That should go well?

You could replace it "in mind" or putting a sticker on that key...if you want to use the swedish keyboard setting.
