New member with a busted CR48 Help? (restore or flash)

Hello, I opened my chromebook one day to find it sitting at the chrome logo. Upon looking into it further, i tried going into recovery in which it said i had no OS installed and prompted me to go to a website that didn't exist on googles servers, or it was moved. I'm looking for help in restoring my chromebook back to working condition. Also --

if anybody has experience in flashing the bios so I'm able to install Ubuntu or win7, i'd gladly ship it out and pay for the services. Thanks again people. Look forward to being here!
