I have had Chrome on my mac for quite some time now but never used it for more than a secondary browser. By that I mean I mostly use Safari and try Chrome here and there...without having installed apps nor extensions nor themes.

Now I'm really trying to use it as it is intended to be used...pretending that I have no other OS available to me.

Now I cant do this at work because I use CAD all day...but I certainly can at home...so I'm going to try.

I've installed a nice theme (after trying quite a few). Installed a few extensions. (Evernote, Picassa, XMarks).

And a couple of rows of webapps and hope to install/bookmark more.

Let's see if I could rely on the internet for the majority of my needs!

Good luck! I have a Linux distro on my netbook that uses cloud services to basically do everything, and while it took a while to get used to the switch I adapted pretty well, I think. I'm hoping when I get a Chromebook it won't take me too long to get used to it.

Chrome too has not been my primary browser for such a long time. Given that Firefox has been crashing a lot recently, I am considering using Chrome as my default browser. Problem is, I cannot seem to find place to add bookmarks.

Chrome i find a much smoother browser and similar to use, only due to the fact that is take wayy less memory than firefox or safari for the matter of fact. as for bookmarks click the star and it will turn it into one!
