I just bought a refurbished HP Chromebook, model 3NU57UT#ABA. I wanted to install the RealVNC Viewer app for Android. When I went into the Play Store, I saw a notification about apps for teachers, education or something like that, which makes me think that this machine was formerly used in a school environment, and might be a specialized version of the OS.
I then did a search in the Play Store for RealVNC Viewer for Android. Got a message saying that it wasn't available on Google Play on this device.
So I'm thinking that I need to do an OS reinstall with a more vanilla version. Does this sound right? If so, what would I need to do to accomplish this?
