I use Microsoft Office 365 web apps on my HP Chromebook 14 and when in the Excel web app I can only select cells that are visible on the screen, in other words if I have 10 cells I need to copy and only 5 are visible I can select a cell right click the mouse and drag down but it will not scroll down any further than the 5 cells on the screen. Is this a function of Chromebook or Office 365 web apps?

Not sure if this will work for you Razingkane, but when I use Excel in the Gmail cloud documents, I select (highlight) the first cell only, hold down the shift key and use the four arrow keys (up, down, left, right) to highlight further cells: of any desired number or configuration...

It might be worth a try...

Yup...that worked. btw, I also posted this issue in the Microsoft Excel app forum and they are still working on resolving the problem. I think I'll let them work on it a while before I tell them your solution.

Thank you for your help.

Sometimes you don't get replies from forums razingkane... This has been the case in a number of instances on these platforms... My own questions going totally unanswered...

I cannot understand why other members don't take part in these discussions.. It make them much more interesting if, as and when, others throw their thoughts and ideas into the melting pot...

Surely there's a multitude of knowledgeable members attending these forums, or at least the odd administrator, who knows a thing or two about this equipment...

But ~ all we can do is to soldier on in our own little worlds, lending a helping hand as and when we can... Such makes the evolutionary world go around ~ does it not...
