As the diet is very low in carbohydrates, then almost everyone may follow Tea Burn. Sorry that for all the time, we bite the head of the Popular Party to the fall of a hat to stop. This is not the path to long term for any of us.
We cut our control and cut the amount of carbohydrates, but this is not too far away. If carbohydrates are lowered too much, we may not have enough energy and our diet is not healthy. It is all about finding the balance.
