Serious Printer issue

I tried to set up cups printing on my Chromebook for my second printer. Now when I try to print anything, I get stuck on the loading preview page and do not have access to either printer. When I try to print all it does is constantly try to load a preview which won't load. I have restarted the computer but the issue remains
