Have you ever had one of those weeks where you wanted to just write off everyone you have ever met, that you know and never come out of your house? That was my week. TGIF seriously, because I couldn't take another day.

I can recommend:
- going for a swim. brilliant for clearing the mind, and decent exercise too.
- real ale*. brilliant for forgetting what the problem was in the first place.

*If you're in the US, then this may be hard to find. I'm not talking about that bud/coors/miller rubbish! Anything by adnams, theakstons or black sheep is a good starting point.

Hopefully next week will be better!

Sorry to hear about your bad week. When I was in Bangkok and had a really "challenging week" I'd go to the one of the nearest beaches on a weekend to relax and unwind.

For me, Friday is always a normal day but I love to always say, TGIS. I had a really hard week and was I not happy that Saturday finally came, despite having to work half-day?
