My staff would like to remove the Gmail and Youtube icons from the shelf/taskbar of our Chromebooks.
I know how to pin an app to the shelf, but I can't seem to find any way to unpin apps, particularly Google apps like gmail and youtube. Gmail is disabled, so even if they click that it won't work, but we use Teacher direction to specific youtube videos during instruction, so we can't just turn it off. We'd prefer our second graders not be a click away from Youtube.

There are 0 pinned apps in Device Management\Chrome Management\User Settings. In Chrome App Management, Allow Installation is on, and Force Installation, Pin, and Add to Web Store are all off for both Youtube and Gmail.

Is there a way to unpin these without doing it manually, user-by-user?
