In Google Talk The Webcam Is Crystal Clear, But In Flash It Is Blurry?

My HD desktop cam is blurry in flash. I am guessing it has something to do with whatever compression they are using. I have noticed that also but not just one my chromebook.

Chrombook Webcam

Currently, by webcam only works with Google apps. It won't work with any of the apps or extensions that are in the Web Store. Any ideas when this will be working. If you try to go to these apps (Camera, Nimbb, PicMeQuick), you can't select allow in the Flash screen.

How does the camera work on the Chromebook? Would like to try mine out.
