Do you think they will make a widescreen Chromebook? (Or do they already have on and I didn't see it?) I currently use a widescreen laptop and I think I would miss the extra width.

My Acer C7 is a 16:9 ratio (1366x768 resolution) & I can not believe I used a 4:3 ratio for many years (1024x768 resolution). My first LCD (Envision 17) was almost square 4:3 ratio but the real estate was 17 inches (1024x768 resolution). That was September 2001, upgrading my video card several years later allowed a 1280x1024 resolution that gave a lot more vertical.

I have been using a 27 inch TV & 23 inch monitor in 16:9 ration with (1920x1080 resolution, but would like to upgrade and use 2560x1440 resolution).

I do not like a shrunken vertical image with larger black lines displayed while watching a film on the 16:10/16:11 ratio with the 2560x1600/2560x1700 resolution...
