I am wondering if Chromebook will ever support Silverlight? Since it doesn't I suppose that means you wouldn't be able to get things like Netflix to run on it.
I had no idea Microsoft owns Silverlight. Now I understand why Netflix doesn't work on a lot of devices people demand it to work on! Too bad, cause I have always liked it.
Ugh, Microsoft is a pain in the butt and so is Silverlight. It's making Netflix way less cool (and accessible) than it could be if they used something OTHER than Silverlight!
I read that Netflix now works on some Android phones, so I was hopping that Netflix would find a way around it. Now, Netflix uses Silverlight, but they aren't owned my Microsoft are they?
