Write emails off line, before setting up system

Create emails off line, to send later when internet is available. How?

I have a new C7 system that I have not given ownership to a user yet, How can I create email off line?

I open screen, the word Chrome appears, then a dialog box appears!

I want to use the Chromebook but do not want to setup the system yet, is that possible?
